Eugene J. Pentz
Eugene was Born in Hungary in 1947. He went to school in Budapest. In 1970 he took his family to Toronto, where he started to paint and began working in his woodcarving field. In 1973 he moved to British Columbia with his family. In 1975 he opened his first studio/gallery in Eagle Bay on the Shuswap Lake. After 9 years he moved to Vancouver and became involved with many commissioned works. In 1990 Eugene and his wife were able to return to the BC Interior and settled in Invermere where he was able to return to a years long dream and created his Cosmic series of paintings. Eugene is a respected master wood carver with pieces collected worldwide.
